Cancellation policy
"STANDARD" RATE (Applies to all rates not specified as "NOREF" or "INSURANCED")
If the cancellation is received by Management within 15 days of the arrival date, the guest may:
1) request a voucher worth the full amount paid as a confirmation deposit;
2) request a refund of the confirmation deposit already paid, less 30%;
If the cancellation is received by Management less than 15 days before the arrival date, the full deposit will not be refunded and the voucher cannot be requested.
Voucher Specifications
The voucher will have the following characteristics:
It will have a value equal to the full amount paid as a confirmation deposit;
It is transferable and can therefore be used by you or by persons indicated by you;
It cannot be divided and therefore must be used for a single stay;
It is not redeemable for cash and does not give any change;
It can be used to book a new stay by the end of the following season. This reservation is subject to availability and must be made ONLY by contacting the property directly.
The voucher cannot be used as a deposit on the new booking but will be applied as a discount on the total stay. If the cost of the new stay is less than the voucher amount, the difference will be forfeited.
"INSURANCED" RATE
This rate requires immediate payment of the full amount.
The BeSafe Rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers a
refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the terms of the
Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking:
1. CANCELLATION UP TO THE DAY OF CHECK-IN AND REFUND OF UP TO 100%
OF THE PREPAID AMOUNT for unforeseen events, such as illness (including COVID-19),
hospitalization, injury, vacation cancellation, dismissal, or new
hiring.
2. ASSISTANCE DURING YOUR STAY: from arrival to departure, you can benefit from
healthcare assistance, baggage insurance, theft insurance, and roadside assistance.
3. DEDICATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT before, during, and after your stay.

The NON-REFUNDABLE rate requires immediate payment of the full amount. Cancellations are non-refundable.
